For multi-session classes only: You may need to miss a class throughout your session, and we’ve developed a system to help people enrolled in multi-session courses to share and switch their schedules with other students.

  • This form is for folks who know more than 48 hours in advance that they will be missing a class.
  • Only ONE make up class can be signed up for per session on this form.
  • You may enter as many dates as you like, but only sign up for one make up class.
  • Make up classes are not guaranteed.
  • If you miss a class and did not enter it into the spreadsheet 48 hrs in advance, a make up is not possible.
  • If you missed a class because of an emergency or a religious holiday, please do not use the make up doc.  Please email Jenn or Kat and they will find one glazing class for you to make up after your class session is over.
  • For everyone’s benefit and for equitability, every student must follow the same protocol for make up classes. The spreadsheet is monitored regularly for correct usage. Details of how to use our make up class system is outlined on the document.
