Lisa Graustein

At age 7, Lisa was given a sewing basket full of thread and trimmings and has been sewing ever since. In 5th grade, she took her first pottery class and returned in 10th grade when her music teacher suggested that pursuing her in interest in ceramics might be a good choice (she was right).

Lisa is always making something, or several somthings. Working in clay, fabric, yarn, paper, watercolor, and often some combination of the above, Lisa loves to play with color and organic shapes. She holds a Bachelor’s in Social Anthropology, and Masters in Racial Justice Education, and works as a DEI/justice-based facilitator, trainer, and workshop leade
