Classes at Feet of Clay
Adult classes are offered Monday through Thursday evenings from 7-10 pm, Mondays and Wednesdays from 10-1pm and Saturdays 10-1pm and 1:30-4:30pm. Our Kids class (ages 10-15) is held on Thursday afternoon from 4-6:00pm. Classes run for 8 weeks and cover basic wheel-throwing and hand-building techniques for beginners. They also allow intermediate students the opportunity to pursue their own interests.
Cost is $250 ($200 for the kids class), which includes group instruction, 25 lbs of clay, glazes, and firing. (Additional clay is available from the studio for $18 per 25 lb bag of white or brown stoneware; $23 for porcelain.) Please note that all classes are non-refundable after one week before the start date. Classes are limited to 8 students to maximize personal attention. NEW! Twice a month on Friday evenings, we offer a 2-hr. clay sampler class where you can spend a few hours working with one of our instructors to learn how to throw on the wheel or handbuild. It’s a fun and supportive time to get your hands dirty! Cost is just $30. You must register in advance in order to attend this class, this is not a drop-in class. Please note: work is not taken home from the sampler classes.

Clay Sampler
1 session twice per month, 7-9pm on May 24th, June 14th, June 28th, July 12th, July 26th, August 9th, August 23rd, September 13th, and September 27th.
Advanced registration is required for the clay sampler classes. 24 hour hours notice must be given in order to receive a refund for the class.
