Ever since I was little I wanted to be cat. What kind of cat? Well, that fluctuated like the weather. Some days I would imagine myself as a clouded leopard, climbing trees in the foothills of the Himalayas. Other days I would be a common house cat, chasing the reflective light cast from a nearby wrist watch. A naturalist at heart, I grew up not with kingdoms composed of lords and ladys, but rather of plants and animals. My work draws from these interests in the natural world with an underlying desire that it might one day transform me into a shape shifting multicellular eukaryotic organism.
